Matthew’s was recommended to us by a very good builder. Matthew diagnosed our problem and installed two outside heat pumps and one indoor heater/AC unit in very cold weather, working hard with his crew to get us heat after our unit gave out, from age. He is pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the company of Matthew Phillips and his crew. He did an emergency installation in a rental building in the hottest part of the summer, working on our roof. Matthew’s is great.

Great crew to work with. We just got our new AC installed and are very happy with it. Have used Matthew’s before and were charged much less than the same type of repair by another business in the past. This time, we called for repair on our unit that went out during the storm, and we asked a lot of questions as we had the original unit from when our house was built and felt it was probably time to upgrade. We had all our questions answered. Everything got installed in 1 day and we were given a packet with all the docs on our new unit and thermostat. Very responsive to our communications and sent us texts to know when they would arrive. Highly recommend
These guys have got my business. They were out over the weekend and missed that a drain was stopped up. Came out today and they did not charge me anything. Said they should’ve caught it.

I called Matthews when my a/c went out, the owner came out and was very professional and beat my other quote by over $500 !! He was very polite and honest about everything and would highly recommend this company to anybody needing a/c & heating work done !
Matt showed up on time for estimate and his crew did as well for installation. I was notified via text when they were on their way. This company is Very responsive and responsive on time. They provide professional services and went above and beyond to resolve my AC issues. Just had a great experience with Matthew’s Heating and Air out of Edgewood. They showed up on time, figured out what was wrong with our AC quickly, and we’re set to have it fixed this weekend. If you live in or near Van Zandt County, I highly recommend giving them a call!
