Matthews Heating and Air has been my go to for the Gree mini split system. Matt always gets back to me and then does “whatever it takes “ to address the problem. Gree mini splits are finicky and he has been able to address the issues both reasonably and quickly. He’s the best I’ve encountered. Thanks to Matt and his team.

Great crew to work with. We just got our new AC installed and are very happy with it. Have used Matthew’s before and were charged much less than the same type of repair by another business in the past. This time, we called for repair on our unit that went out during the storm, and we asked a lot of questions as we had the original unit from when our house was built and felt it was probably time to upgrade. We had all our questions answered. Everything got installed in 1 day and we were given a packet with all the docs on our new unit and thermostat. Very responsive to our communications and sent us texts to know when they would arrive. Highly recommend
I called Matthew’s Heating & Air service. They said they would need to order the same part but the manufacturer quit making the parts for my model. But that didn’t stop Matthew. He went above & beyond to find the part. He even drove to Dallas to get the part after spending hours looking for it because he knew I was moving & selling my house at end of month. Not only did he find the part the same day, but he drove to Dallas, picked it up then came back to my house the same day to install & do the repair himself. His techs did the initial service call earlier in the morning and his entire staff is kind, friendly and professional. Wish I could take this company with me when I move. I cannot express enough just how much this company was my saving grace! If you’re not using Matthew’s Heating & Air services, you’re not using the A-team. They are the definition of the major leagues when it comes to your HVAC needs!
