We received prompt and thorough service. The men repaired, replaced, and cleaned items on our HVAC and dryer that our previous company didn’t do. The regular maintenance provided was excellent. Great crew to work with. We just got our new AC installed and are very happy with it. Have used Matthew’s before and were charged much less than the same type of repair by another business in the past. This time, we called for repair on our unit that went out during the storm, and we asked a lot of questions as we had the original unit from when our house was built and felt it was probably time to upgrade. We had all our questions answered. Everything got installed in 1 day and we were given a packet with all the docs on our new unit and thermostat. Very responsive to our communications and sent us texts to know when they would arrive. Highly recommend

Matthew’s Heating and Air have been the only company we use since hearing about them. They are always honest about the problem and if it’s a “have to replace now” or a “wait until it actually stops working” type of problem.
