An unexpected problem with an outside air conditioner. Matthew saw the problem while servicing a neighbor and knocked on my door to alert me. Came back later and resolved the problem and ensured my unit is now working fine! Would highly recommend! Very professional and knowledgeable.

Great crew to work with. We just got our new AC installed and are very happy with it. Have used Matthew’s before and were charged much less than the same type of repair by another business in the past. This time, we called for repair on our unit that went out during the storm, and we asked a lot of questions as we had the original unit from when our house was built and felt it was probably time to upgrade. We had all our questions answered. Everything got installed in 1 day and we were given a packet with all the docs on our new unit and thermostat. Very responsive to our communications and sent us texts to know when they would arrive. Highly recommend
