Always quick to respond. He put in a complete unit for me I think 3 years ago. excellent workmanship and fair price. I called him today pretty late. he walked my son in law thru the problem as he was in the middle of a big job and was afraid he couldn’t get to me tonight and was worried about me being hot all night. Very caring young man.he is fairly priced and very dependable and honest.

I called Matthew’s Heating & Air service. They said they would need to order the same part but the manufacturer quit making the parts for my model. But that didn’t stop Matthew. He went above & beyond to find the part. He even drove to Dallas to get the part after spending hours looking for it because he knew I was moving & selling my house at end of month. Not only did he find the part the same day, but he drove to Dallas, picked it up then came back to my house the same day to install & do the repair himself. His techs did the initial service call earlier in the morning and his entire staff is kind, friendly and professional. Wish I could take this company with me when I move. I cannot express enough just how much this company was my saving grace! If you’re not using Matthew’s Heating & Air services, you’re not using the A-team. They are the definition of the major leagues when it comes to your HVAC needs!
Just had a great experience with Matthew’s Heating and Air out of Edgewood. They showed up on time, figured out what was wrong with our AC quickly, and we’re set to have it fixed this weekend. If you live in or near Van Zandt County, I highly recommend giving them a call!
